Ans:
There is a user privilege function in E-Vizion series products. If
your login account is "Guest" in RCC, your privilege level
is "3". You can monitor. If you want to browse or download
file, your privilege level must be "2" or above.

I re-login username and password for monitoring another channel in
the same IP? |
Ans:
No, you don't need to re-login again. When you connect to an IP server,
after the first login, you can connect to any other channels in the
same IP server.
* You should input username / password when RCC restart. |

I need input IP address to make a connection? |
Ans:
E-Vizion DVR supports Domain name. You can enter your website for connecting

I can't use IE (Internet Explorer) to remote monitoring? |
Ans:
You have to check conditions below:
1.Does you install E-Vizion Web Server?
2.Execute [Service]to ensure IIS Admin Service has be closed.
3.Execute
[Service]to make sure Apache Web Service is started.
* Execute "Run" and input "services.msc"
open [Service]procedure

* Check the IIS Admin Service has be started or not, if it is so then
Apache Web Service can't be open
.

remote monitoring, what RCC can do for me ? |
Ans:
1.Multi-points surveillance, Monitoring more than 16 different IP
servers, including videos and audios (distinct IP host).
2.Remote Playback, Login to remote server, remote playback directly.
3.Remote Download, Download while files or portion of files that has
assigned time period.
4.Remote Control, According to your user privilege in host server
to start recording, stop recording,.......
5.Network Function, Self-configure transmitting frame rate and change
network port. |

there is no image when I use IE (Internet Explorer) to remote monitor? |

may happen on Windows XP, please update to SP1 or connect to JAVA
